On the evening of October 27 at the Hanoi Opera House, the Vietnam Technical Innovation Support Fund under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations coordinated with the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee organized the 30th Anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Technical Innovation Support Fund (1992-2022) and the Closing Ceremony and Award of the Vietnam Science and Technology Innovation Award Nam, WIPO award 2021.

Attending the ceremony were Politburo member, Chairman of the National Assembly Vuong Dinh Hue, Minister of Science and Technology Huynh Thanh Dat, Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang, Chairman of the National Assembly Office.
