On November 4, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the People's Committee of Da Nang City organized a conference to connect supporting industries in Da Nang 2022 with the participation of representatives of many provinces, cities, businesses and business associations at home and abroad.

Sharing with localities and the business community, Mr. Do Thang Hai said that currently the supporting industry receives special attention from the Government. 

To develop supporting industries, what needs to be done is to create opportunities to form and develop domestic value chains through attracting investment and promoting business connections and links between Vietnamese businesses and other businesses. multinational enterprises, domestic and foreign production and assembly companies.

It is known that up to now, Da Nang has attracted 130 FDI projects with a total investment capital of nearly 2 billion USD. This city currently has about 110 supporting industrial enterprises, of which the majority of FDI enterprises have participated in global and regional supply chains.

Informing businesses, Mr. Ho Ky Minh, permanent vice chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, said that the city has implemented many policies to encourage supporting industries, along with information technology and high technology into three City's industrial pillar. 

Da Nang's goal is to promote supporting industry enterprises to increase in number, capable of creating highly competitive products, focusing on components, spare parts, materials, and support equipment. Dedicated support and software to meet industry needs.
